The Refill System
How does the refill system work?
Fill your Ritual Bottle with water, add a measure of GUMBO concentrate, and your ritual is ready. When you run low, simply order a Refill Bottle — no need to replace the bottle itself. Less waste, same ritual.
How long does a Refill Bottle last?
Each Refill Bottle provides approximately 30 days of daily use.
What's included in The Ritual Kit?
The Ritual Kit includes the Ritual Bottle, the Ritual Cup, and your first Refill Bottle — everything you need to start your ritual from day one.
Shipping

How long will my order take to arrive?
UK orders typically arrive within 3–5 working days on standard shipping, or 1–2 working days on express. International orders vary by destination — usually 5–14 working days.
Will I get tracking information?
Yes. You'll receive a dispatch email with a tracking link once your order is on its way.
Returns & Refunds
What is your returns policy?

What if my order arrives damaged?
Please email us with a photo and your order number. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no need to return the item.
